       Don V. "Trey" Schilling, III, is a native of Hollandale, Mississippi. Mr. Schilling attended Mississippi State University where he graduated with both an undergraduate and a master's degree in Business Administration. After college, he attended Mississippi College School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in the spring of 2005. 

       After graduating law school, Mr. Schilling began his career at Robertshaw, Noble, Evans and Rounsavall in Greenville, Mississippi, where he worked defending insurance companies. Mr. Schilling, along with his brother, opened Schilling & Schilling in the fall of 2009 with a focus on representing injured individuals in North Mississippi. 

       Mr. Schilling is admitted to practice in state courts in Mississippi and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Oktibbeha County Bar Association.

       James Clinton Schilling, Sr. although more commonly known as “Clint” to family and friends alike, was born and raised in Greenville, Mississippi, before he departed for the University of Mississippi where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History and also graduated as a member of the Kappa Alpha Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, a National History Honors Society.  In 2005, he was accepted to attend the Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi.  During his tenure there, he served one year as President of the College Democrats and would later earn his Juris Doctorate from MC Law in the spring of 2008.

 

     Clint is admitted to practice before all State Courts in Mississippi and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Mississippi and is a member of the Oktibbeha County Bar Association, the Golden Triangle Young Lawyers Division, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Mississippi Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
